Project Highlights

Chinese Language Program
Provided by Fudan University, the all-day Chinese language environment, scientifically graded and progressive course design, allows international students to immerse themselves in the Chinese language to the greatest extent. There is also the opportunity to obtain the HSK exam certificate, master an additional language skill, and exercise flexible multilingual thinking and cognitive methods.
International Talent Training Program
Focusing on "Doing Business in China," this program allows international students to gain an in-depth understanding of China's economic development, changes in the business environment, innovative business models, experience cross-cultural workplace communication, and enhance business management skills, project practical experience, and core competitiveness in the workplace.

The International Culture and Education School (ICES) of Fudan University is a specialized department for teaching Chinese language and culture to international students. The school is dedicated to promoting multicultural exchanges through various international programs and has a history of over half a century since it began accepting international students in the 1960s. The school also undertakes the promotion of Chinese culture in Fudan University's global cooperation efforts, with over 3000 international students from more than 100 countries coming to study and exchange each year, earning it the nickname "Little United Nations."

HSK Chinese Learning Test (Shanghai) Center The HSK Chinese Learning Test (Shanghai) Center has established multiple HSK examination venues in Shanghai's core business districts, around universities, and in international communities. The center relies on the professional advantages of Hanban International's Chinese education and the professional service system of the International Student Immigration Integration Service Station, and is operated by Shanghai Youli Network Technology Co., Ltd. The services currently include five major areas: examination services, entrepreneurship services, local life services, and digital learning services. Among them, the entrepreneurship service sector, the Shanghai Test Center undertakes the "Global Youth Innovation Internship Program (GIIP)" project, aiming to cultivate the practical business capabilities of various foreign students in the context of China's economic and business culture and the Chinese working environment.

Log on to the official website of the GIIP project“http://giip.chinesetest.cn ”to browse the project introduction → download the project manual and resume template → fill in the resume according to the template and send it to the email address contact@hskgiip.com to submit the application.

After the application passes the preliminary screening, the GIIP project team will contact the applicant via the email address contact@hskgiip.com to guide the applicant through the registration and application process of the Fudan University online application system. (The URL of the online application system is: http://istudent.fudan.edu.cn/apply ) The applicant is required to send the application number and a screenshot of the application fee payment to the GIIP project team via email.

3.After confirming the successful submission of the applicant's online application to Fudan University, the GIIP project team will email the applicant the "HSK International Youth Innovation Training Program (GIIP) Service Agreement". The applicant must print, sign, and return it to the project team.

After the applicant completes the signing and it is confirmed by the GIIP project team, the applicant needs to remit the project fee to the designated account according to the notification, and send the remittance voucher to contact@hskgiip.com.

5.Upon receiving the payment voucher, the project team will mail the admission notice and other paper materials to the applicant. The applicant must then handle the visa to China on their own and report to Fudan University on the specified date mentioned in the admission notice after arriving in China to start the GIIP program. Applicants must ensure they are in good physical and mental health and have no criminal record, suitable for studying in China. Please fill in the receipt address for the "Admission Notice" carefully, as the address cannot be changed after the application is completed.

* The handling of visas and endorsements is subject to the regulations of the Chinese immigration authorities. The school will not be responsible if any uncontrollable factors, such as changes in relevant regulations, result in the inability to process visas and endorsements.

Spring enrollment application:

Start application in October — Complete application fee payment and submit complete application materials by December 10th.

Summer enrollment application:

Start application in February — Complete application fee payment and submit complete application materials by April 10th.

Autumn enrollment application:

Start application in March — Complete application fee payment and submit complete application materials by June 10th.

  1. Fill in the relevant information form online for application materials.
  2. One copy of a valid ordinary passport (personal information page) during the study period.
  3. Personal statement (resume), including: educational background (school and major, etc.), language proficiency, internship or work experience, etc.

   ★If necessary, the school will require the applicant to submit additional materials.
